remember your worth

Through life we all deal with moments of insecurities and fear. Fear of not being good enough..comparing ourselves to others that we feel have it all together..and putting ourselves down in our own minds. In reality no one, that’s right, NO ONE has it all together. Everyone struggles with their own insecurities and fears and what you see on the outside does not always reflect what’s on the inside. Sometimes when everything looks good on the outside, we’re really breaking inside, stressed out, and worried about life’s punches.

Our self worth isn’t something we can just give away! Once you give it away, it gets harder and harder to get it back. Too often we let our struggles and insecurities rob us little by little of our self esteem, self confidence, and self image. We have to remind ourselves that we are good wives, good mothers, good friends..we are good! We are all beautiful and God made each of us in His image. We have to look our adversity in the eye and remind it that we are strong, we are over-comers, and we have God on our side!

Whether you struggle with depression, negative self image, anxiety, fear, or any other battle, you are strong and you can beat it!

We have to take protect and remember our worth! I’m not saying it’s always easy but I believe that with God we are all powerful and have the ability to rise above!

Encourage yourself. Encourage your family and friends. Encourage others that may be struggling with insecurities and fears. Remind them that they are powerful through Christ. That He made them unique and special and that is all that matters!

Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Remember your worth. ❤
